Tillit's curated network of best-in-class, reliable partners executes the plan with weekly updates and open books. Your Tillit Project Lead handles all the logistical and administrative coordination throughout the build, and your design team stays on, so the vision that was drawn is the vision that gets built.
Deliver
A detailed walkthrough, a warranty, and a space that's ready to live in. We don't consider the job done until your home is working for everyone in it.
Communication
Documented throughout. Delivered without the noise.
Every project has a dedicated client portal — progress updates, contractor notes, and open tasks, documented throughout the build. Check in daily, weekly, or whenever you feel like it. Your Project Lead reaches out directly when a decision is needed. Otherwise, your home is being built, and we won't interrupt your life to say things are on track.
